Tuition & Fees



The educational program offered by International Christian High School relies extensively on timely tuition payments to fund its operation and maintain fiscal stability.  It is therefore crucial that those who have incurred the obligation to pay tuition do so in accordance with the agreed upon payment plan and schedule. 

Parents and guardians are required to select a payment plan which facilitates the fulfilment of their financial obligation with ICHS.   Payment plans are designed to make the enrollment and billing process fast, convenient and simple.  If unforeseen circumstances require a change in the payment plan, it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to immediately notify ICHS regarding payment plan changes and options that may be available, because failure to pay tuition is a serious matter which will result in repercussion and corrective actions for the student.

Payment in full  

Due August 27, 2017.

Option 2

Semi-Annual payment

First half of the payment due August 27, 2017 and Final payment due December 1, 2017

Option 3

10  / 11 Month payment Plan

Due in monthly increments (August through June 1) on the agreed upon days

Customized Payment Plan

Payment Plan needs to be approved by Mr. Brittin and tuition paid in full by June 1, 2018.

Option 1

Payment in Full-Due August 27, 2017 prior to the start of the next school year.  Payments are made through FACTS with no enrollment fees.  Payments made through the ICHS office by credit card will require a 5% processing fee.    

Option 2

Semi-Annual Payment Plan-Due August 27, 2017 and December 1, 2017 of the school year.  A one-time enrollment fee ($10) will be charge.

Option 3

10, 11, or 12 –Monthly payment plan from July 1, 2017 through May / June 1, 2018.  Payments are made on the same day each month (1st or 15th).   The last payment date available is June 1, 2018.  A one-time enrollment fee ($45) will be charged.    Please note that if you enroll and finalize a 12-month payment plan that starts on or before July 1, 2017 a $200 discount will be applied to your first payment.  

Option 4

A customized tuition plan is created with FACTS and then submitted to Mr. Brittin for approval.  No payments may be scheduled after June 1st 2018.  A one-time enrollment fee ($45 ) will be charged.

Reservation Fee

There is a $100 reservation fee due with your re -registration agreement each year.  This non-refundable deposit is what holds a spot for your child.  ICHS Reserves seats for students on a first come first serve basis. 

Registration Fee 

There is a $250 registration fee due after all registration materials are completed and accepted by ICHS but no later than two weeks after the Financial Aid award has been emailed.   The Registration fee locks in the awarded Financial Aid, and pays for books, technologies, printing, and classroom materials to be used by students.    

*Early Re-Registration for returning students can lock tuition rates in before they increase and offer students the up to 75% Grant & Aid Packages.    Your Reservation ($100), Registration ($250), FACTS Grant & Aid Application, and Finalized FACTS tuition Schedule  must be completed by May 15, 2017 for the $200 discount to be applied to the first tuition payment.

It has always been the policy of the school to work with families in making special payment arrangements when they have extenuating financial circumstances.  In such cases, parents should initiate a call to the ICHS office to speak with an administrator, to discuss the possibility of making special payment arrangements.  Mr. Brittin can be reached at (267) 900-2000.  A written payment plan will also need to be submitted to ICHS.

Tuition accounts must be kept current.  Upon failure to comply with the financial agreement, parents may receive a letter from the school stating that all outstanding balances must be paid for the student(s) to continue in school.    ICHS reserves the right to refuse academic continuation at the first month’s tuition delinquency or if no prior arrangement has been made with ICHS.  Students whose accounts remain delinquent may be suspended from the classroom as of the first school day of the following month.  Report cards, transcripts and diplomas and other official documents may also be withheld until the account has been paid in full, per ICHS School Board policy.

Tuition accounts due on the first of each month are delinquent after the tenth.  Tuition bills not paid when due will incur a monthly late fee of $30.00 dollars.  A charge of $30 will be made for any check returned to ICHS by the bank.  More than two insufficient checks returned from your bank may result in your account being put on a “cash only” basis.
